Video Proposal

Project Scope

Tasca Studios will create impactful videos for United Way. We'll work along side Nicole Hernandez to assist with scripting, shot list, filming and post production. We aim to align each project with United Way's brand look and feel, capturing the essence of their mission and the tangible impact of their work in communities.

Project Goals

Our goal is to highlight the profound work United Way does in the realms of Hunger, Mentorship, Special Needs, and illustrating the compelling reasons why companies should sponsor and support United Way's initiatives. These videos will adopt a docu-style approach, combining interviews with engaging graphics to highlight United Way's initiatives. The project is set to be completed by the end of March/Early April.

Process

Planning

This phase involves all the planning, scripting, and coordinating details before the actual filming begins. We create a shot list, interview questions and Production Blueprint for your shoot.

Filming Day

It’s time to start filming your video project! This phase will involve filming interviews, capturing b-roll, recording sound & gathering other elements necessary to tell your story.

Editing

Now, the real magic begins! Our editing team will work along side our Creative Director. We'll add music, master audio and color correction. Add any graphics necessary to bring your project to life.

Timeline

Discovery & Strategy: 1 Week

Concept & Script Writing: 1-2 Weeks

Video Production & Editing: 2-3 Weeks

Delivery/Launch: Early April (for 1-2 videos)

Next Steps

After selecting your package, we will send you an agreement and invoice for a 50% deposit. This deposit will secure your slot.

From there we will have a kick-off call to go over final details and possible shoot dates.
